About this stay

Come experience the magic of Bear Canyon. Our canvas tent sits on our family's land near Bozeman, close to town and to some of the area's best outdoor adventures, yet quiet enough to truly unwind.

The site looks out over the valley toward the city, and the sunsets paint the whole sky. It's a photographer's dream and a nature lover's paradise. There's nothing quite like a moody Montana sky.

Good to know

This is a primitive campsite: there's no bathroom, just a bucket toilet with a pop-up privacy tent. That's part of the rustic charm!

In summer it's a short walk up the hill to the site. In winter, when the snow is deep, you'll ski or snowshoe up the short hill.

Getting here

Park in our driveway in front of the first outbuilding at the property entrance. We live in a quiet neighborhood of large parcels with easy access to trails and town. The full address is shared once you book.
